The rubber compounds on rollers are specialized for specific conditions such as the speed at which they will be running (higher speeds generate more heat) and the types of chemicals they will be exposed.
Inking Rollers - Ultima, UltimaEx, Prima, WebEx, WebLine
Ultima is an ideal compound for conventional and hybrid inks. It is capable of handling the UV ink concentrations which vary from 10%. Ultima EX is an ideal compound for conventional and hybrid inks. It is capable of handling the UV ink concentrations which vary from 10%. The compound has very good resistance to Acrylates. Further it has superb resistance to swelling & shrinking. For fast running web offset presses, we have developed highly dynamic rubber compounds which run cooler, even when the press is running at maximum speed. These rollers stabilise the temperature in the printing unit: Less heat means less thermal expansion, less energy for driving and cooling the unit, more stable ink and water transfer conditions and a reduction in toning. All in all - a more stable production process.

Dampening Rollers - AquafloEx, Aquaflo Alcohol & Water compatible
Aquaflo is an ideal compound for Pan & Metering rollers for IPA, IPA reduced and IPA free printing. The compound has good hydrophile formulation for excellent wetting properties. It gives faster start ups due to rapid attainment of ink - water balance.
